We are software developers, management consultants, financial professionals, writers, teachers, photographers, artists, models, musicians--and so much more. We have worked together for years, and now we have decided to use what we know to change the world. <br /> <br />We built BlueJean Time to help us run our business. As we grew and expanded, we encouraged other companies to do the same. Soon, we realized the uses of BlueJean Time were -- and are -- limitless. We've launched a sister site targeted at small biz specifically, called BizzleSpace.com - Secure, Private online workspaces for your Biz teams, Instantly.<br /> <br />Our company, Blue Collar Objects, had the dream of organizing the work of a generation. BlueJean Time was created to make that dream a reality... and it can help you achieve yours. BlueJean Time is the platform and philosophy that Bizzle is built upon so most of what is written below apply to BizzleSpace as well.</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"> What our platform Is (And Is Not)</h1> <p style="text-align: left;">BlueJean Time is not a social network, it's a work network. It is a platform designed with your creative and professional endeavors in mind. </p> <p style="text-align: left;">BlueJean Time was established to allow people with ideas to find each other, to create private work spaces (Places, in BlueJean Time parlance), and to use our free and powerful tools to create content, to make decisions in a democratic fashion, to create plans, and to stay on top of tasks. Unlike e-mail and traditional social networking tools, BlueJean Time makes it easy to store and to access your information; the search functionality makes it easy to find what you need when you need it, and the feed function allows you to view your work space in real time so you never miss an update. <br /> <br />BlueJean Time is built with privacy in mind and your Places for work are always private. However, we understand that there are some ideas that need to be shared with the world. Do you want to write an article you want to be exposed to web traffic through search engines? Do you have an idea you want to share with your friends on another social network? In the Community, your posts can be shared with anyone, regardless of whether they have a BlueJean Time account. </p> <p style="text-align: left;">Do you have a skill, but you're not sure how to begin to monetize it? It's easy to make money with BlueJean Time. For example, a blogger can monetize his or her following by charging an access fee to a private space where members can access exclusive content. A fitness coach can leverage their knowledge to use BlueJean Time to offer one-on-one training and advice in privacy. Clubs, societies, and organizations can use BlueJean Time to collect membership dues. Any member can make money by $haring the URL of a product in BlueJean Time Member store.</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;">Why We're Doing This </h1> <p>We want a world where an ordinary person with extraordinary ideas can assemble a team to turn that idea into a reality in a private, secure work space. <br /> <br />We want a world where humans who are not able to easily leave their homes or their kids can still make valuable contributions and earn a living. <br /> <br />We want a world where humans can make contributions in an environment free of prejudices, where their gender, religion, ethnicity, age, or political party is private and irrelevant unless they choose to share that information. <br /> <br />We want a world where communities can emerge, where every member can make money without having to understand complex rules and laws. <br /> <br />We want a world where the work day is irrelevant, where humans can make contributions and make money when they are able. <br /> ,<br />The BlueJean Time Community exists because we want to help to build and to nurture that world...because it's one we want to live in. </p> <h1 style="text-align: center;">How We're Doing This</h1> <p>The business model is to provide a massive number of humans with a community with valuable infrastructure to support entrepreneurship and private collaboration as free community services. The BlueJean Time community is funded in two ways:</p> <h3>Selling Apps</h3> <p>BlueJean Time builds Apps which are demanded by the busines community to increase their productivity, ability to grow, and make money.</p> <h3>Revenue Sharing</h3> <p>BlueJean Time participates in a revenue sharing relationship with members who sell access to their BlueJean Time Places or Rooms (more information is provided in topics in the BlueJean Time community.</p> <h3>Member Information Protection</h3> <p>Making money through selling member information is NOT a part of our business model. BlueJean Time only suggests that a bio is provided to give members the ability to advertise their skills if they are looking for the ability to collaborate. The profile picture is useful for those who choose to use their real identity to be identified for inclusion in private places. BlueJean Time consciously does not collect information which is unnecessary to maintain communication through notifications and useful for promoting collaboration to minimize the risk to our members.</p> <h3>Private Places Advertisement Free</h3> <p>Making money by allowing Advertisers to spam members with advertisements is NOT a part of our business model. When a community member creates a private place, as the place owner/admin this member has total control over any content which is posted. They have the power to delete any topic, checklist etc that is created by invited members. As such BlueJean Time will not introduce advertisements or allow advertisers to gain entry into a private place. The private place is a sacred space free of the noise of the outer world. <em><strong>Nothing prevents any member from introducing ads into the BlueJean Time Community area which is a public space. This space provides an opportunity for any member to advertise their ideas, skills or products. Members can ignore that information by going directly to private spaces.</strong></em></p> <p>We have structured the money making aspects of the site around shared benefit. If we build an App where we charge a fee, every member has the opportunity to collect a $hare fee (10%) for causing a purchase.
